This was...shocking.
1. Your pseudo-trance style doesn't match with the tune, nor does it even match within.
2. You crippled the melody by altering the notes in a way my ears shed tears everytime such a wrong note is hit. I appreciate your attempt of doing something original, but - without wanting to offend you - you failed by all means.

Catched me from the start
Though one has to get used to the wonderful original tune being variated this harshly (yes, I am conservative concerning alterations of "classic" themes ;) ), I still think you did a good job. I like how you managed to compine smoothness with electrical sound. You could fill in some drums, beats, a background melody or whatever to complete the listening experience.
Nice flow
This song goes smoothly into my ears, and I guess I could listen to that melody half a day. Still, as the others said, some of the elements just do not fit together. The contrast between soft flute / synth elements and the rather (!) rough techno stuff is somehow disturbing.
But, to put this small feedback to good ends, it is definitely one of the better Greensleeves remixes I have heard so far.

Finally, a remix of this great tune which dares to come heavily instead of going the "chilling" way...
I would have preferred some more changes in melody / structure, and some of the high tones are a bit...uh, painful (sry), but overall this song is definitely a fresh listening experience.
